Gracie & Me creates unique and meaningful sterling silver jewelry, which is customized and personalized exactly the way you want it.
Every piece is hand crafted from start to finish in my studio. Please remember that this jewelry is handmade, and no two pieces will turn out exactly the same - making every piece unique and one of a kind.
Problems With Your Order
I will email you within 24 hours if I have questions about your order. When I have a question, I am usually unable to make your jewelry until I have an answer. Please give me a working email address, and make sure you check your email, including your spam folder, since emails sometimes get filtered as spam.
Refunds & Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately.
I do my best to describe everything carefully, and I strive to meet the expectations and full satisfaction of all my customers. Since these are custom orders, I can not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake that is my fault. If the error was my mistake, I will fix it immediately and will refund the return shipping fees on the original piece.
However, if you are unhappy with your order for some reason, please contact me so that we can discuss it. If you're not happy - I'm not happy!
I’m happy to exchange your chain if it hasn’t been worn. Please contact me immediately to let me know you’re sending it back. Then, send back the unworn chain in a bubble envelope, with a note telling me the size you would like – along with a self addressed stamped bubble envelope for me to return the new chain to you in.
Changes To Your Order
You have up to 24 hours to change personalization on your jewelry order. If you need to make a change after that time, there is a $20 service fee. For "RUSH orders", if your order hasn’t been started, you can change the personalization on your order...otherwise there is a $20 service fee.
Jewelry Care & Tarnishing
Sterling Silver naturally tarnishes, especially in humid conditions. It can also tarnish because of perspiration, chlorine, lotions, perfumes or a variety of other reasons. Keep your jewelry as clean and dry as possible, and store it in the provided anti-tarnish bag when you are not wearing it. Make sure to read and follow the jewelry care instructions that are included with your jewelry.
If you decide to clean your sterling silver jewelry, please use a sterling silver polish cloth or pad. Do not use a liquid silver cleaner, since that will remove the darkness from the letters.
You will receive more complete instructions on how to take care of your jewelry with your order. If you lose it, please feel free to contact me so I can give you a copy.
Your jewelry will arrive in pristine condition. Gracie & Me can not be held responsible for the way that your jewelry will look if you mishandle it or don't care for it properly.
I accept credit cards, debit cards, e-checks and Paypal through Paypal Standard. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card through Paypal! Just click "Don't have an account?" and follow the directions. Paypal allows us to accept your e-checks and credit cards, while giving you the piece of mind that your name and other information is not being shared or stored on a website. If you have any problems with checkout, please contact me - I'd be happy to help you!
Please know that using an e-check can delay your jewelry by up to five business days. Your order can not be processed until the bank clears your check and Paypal releases the funds.
Shipping & Delivery
It generally takes 5-7 days to create your stamped jewelry and 2-3 weeks to create your handwritten/artwork jewelry after payment has been received, prior to shipping. During the busy seasons (the months prior to Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take longer to create your hand made jewelry before it goes in the mail.
I do my absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner! Please allow plenty of time from the time payment has cleared for shipment of your order, or choose a rush option.
During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) my turn around time, and usps shipping times may take longer.
Unfortunately, I have no control over your package once I hand it over to the post office. And while I can guarantee that your package will be finished and out of my studio in the proper time frame - I can not guarantee the estimated shipping times from USPS. Gracie & Me can not be responsible if your package gets lost or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines. I recommend purchasing shipping insurance, which is offered at checkout.

Unfortunately, tracking is not available on international orders.
Duty, taxes, and other customs fees charged on internationally shipped packages are the sole responsibility of the buyer. (It is against the law for me to mark international purchases as a "gift" on customs forms, please do not ask me to do so.)
